PAYMENT: All wholesale orders must be prepaid with a credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. We require full payment on all orders.
SHIPPING: We ship USPS Priority Mail within the USA and internationally. Please contact us to discuss shipping options for international orders or if you would prefer a different shipping method. Shipping costs will reflect package weight, destination and delivery time.
RETURNS: All sales are final. Credit will only be issued for defective merchandise or products shipped to you in error by Brow Diva, Inc. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
WHOLESALE TERMS: Minimum order of $200 required for wholesale orders. A copy of the recipient's business license or state resale certificate is required prior to the first wholesale order. Online sales of Brow Diva Products are prohibited through individual retailers. All prices, terms, policies and ingredients are subject to change without notice.
The Gold Package - a $1000 order includes a display unit and testers of each product, estimated savings $200.
The Diva Package - a $2000 order includes a display unit, testers of each product and a day of intensive product training at your studio with The Brow Diva, estimated savings $1000.
