Q. How do I contact browdiva if I have a question/I need help?
A. Please email customerservice@browdiva.com for help. We do not currently have phone assistance for internet orders.
Q. What credit cards does browdiva.com accept?
A. BrowDiva.com accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Q. Can I pay by money order or check?
A. At this time, Browdiva.com accepts only credit card purchases.
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We currently do not ship internationally. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Q. What are the shipping costs? When will I receive my order?
A. We ship all our orders USPS Priority Mail - $5.95 flat rate. You will receive your products 3-5 days business days after you place your order. We ship Monday – Saturday, except holidays.
Q. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
A. We are required by law to charge 8% sales tax on all orders being shipped to New York.
Q. I would like to return/exchange a product, what do I do?
A. We believe you will be satisfied with your products. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return your product(s) along with your receipt within 30 days of purchase date to:

Refunds are given for the purchase price shown on your receipt. Shipping costs, however, are not refundable. At this time, products purchased online through browdiva.com MAY NOT be returned or exchanged at any retail store or location that sells BrowDiva products. Also, any products purchased at a retail store may only be returned or exchanged at a retail location. For all returns, please fill out the Return/Exchange Form included in your order. BrowDiva is not responsible for any lost or damaged items returned by the customer. You will receive an email when the return order is processed.
Q. I haven’t received my order or my order is missing items?
A. Please send an email to customerservice@browdiva.com with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Upon shipment of your order, we will send you an Out of Stock Notification for any missing items and an approximate back-order time.
