Brow Base

Apply the Brow Base onto the brow using the Duo Brow Brush. Use short light strokes starting closest to the nose, filling in sparse areas and areas where new growth is desired. Soften application using the spooly end of the Duo Brow Brush. (see video)

Brow Powder

Using the angled end of the Duo Brow Brush, dab brush into powder, blend the powder into the brush by dabbing on the back of your hand. Apply, using a light touch and short strokes to entire brow area. Starting at the base of your brow closest to the nose and blend up and out. (see video)

Brow Mascara

Brush on brow hair in the direction of the hair growth (upward and outward), use tip of wand to apply color on the skin to fill in sparse areas. (see video)

Brush on brow hair in the direction of hair growth, upward and outward. (see video)

Ultimate Highlighter

Using ring or pinky finger dab a small amount just under eyebrow (on the outer 2/3). Next blend with pinky finger fanning out towards end of brow. (see video)

Duo Brow Brush

Apply brow base and/or brow powder with the angle brush and soften color for a more natural look with the spooly end. The spooly end also helps when trimming hairs with the scissors
